Paul Scott - is now Geschäftsführer at Nexolab GmbH, a BMW company that specialises in Innovative Strategies & Processes for the Automotive and Manufacturing Industry. "We are an 80 strong team of Management consultants who have delivered some outstanding work within BMW and in the external market."

As a chartered accountant, Paul’s work involved developing and executing audit plans for a wide-range of international organisations.

In the role of programme Manager, he has been responsible for setting-up and delivering global-reaching IT-enabled change programmes mainly in the engineering and IT-service industry, reporting directly to Board-level executives. As inaugural CEO, he established a regional consulting business in South East Asia for KPMG, being responsible for all elements of the practice including risk management and the establishment of quality assurance guidelines and procedures.

His strong communication and inter-personal skills compliment his multi-language and wide cultural experience, having lived in UK, Netherlands, Germany and Singapore.

Catja Klabbers - has moved to New York, attended a screen writing course, developed a new network and joined PWC as a consultant for programme and change management

Whilst with Simplexity Catja helped international clients, such as DuPont and Siemens, to manage large scale complex change programmes Previously Catja worked in the strategy consulting group of KPMG Consulting in London where she designed and led intense short-term strategy projects, creating the conditions for alignment and consistent decision making in senior management teams.

Prior to her consulting career she had eight years of technology and life sciences industry experience where she held positions within business development, corporate innovation management and engineering project management. She also has extensive pan-European experience and is fluent in several European languages. Catja is a Sloan Fellow of London Business School with distinction for her strategic marketing thesis.

Mark Chalmers - with his family has decided, for a year, to travel around Europe, North and Central America before returning home to New Zealand. see turnhamgreenchalmersblue.co.uk for regular updates.

He is particularly adept at accommodating the cultural differences between functions and organisations. He is analytical and creative with an ability to introduce and deliver innovative solutions within challenging timeframes.

Most recently Mark was asked to troubleshoot the implementation of a large scale public sector reform, involving 150 Local Authorities, 23,000 schools and over 500,000 people. In this role he assumed responsibility for quality assurance, information and monitoring, reporting and the development and mentoring of a team of 15 change agents.
