Rigorously logical analyst who asks questions that others haven’t thought of and persistent in seeking answers. Martin has over ten years managment experience in high technology industries and sixteen years in transformation consulting.

As a Programme Director Neil has been responsible for designing programmes, mentoring senior managers and working across businesses to develop communication strategies, workshops, training programmes and measurements to ensure that change is embedded into the business.
