Research project
Working with Camunico, Human Insight and INSEAD Non-Executive Directors (IN-BOARD) we designed and undertook a major research project in the Netherlands looking at governance and leadership in this sector at a time of significant reductions in public funding. This widely acclaimed study has provided a grounding for our subsequent work helping institutions survive and prosper in a period of significant and painful change.

Creative learning in a global context
We were asked to help a major art institution explore whether there was a business case for them to enter the market for Higher Education through the establishment of an Institute that would support their long term vision, in such a way that the business model generates surplus income to support their objectives as an educational charity.
